Kaspressknödel – Cheese Dumplings


300 g Cubed white bread,

150 g Gruyere

1 Onion

100 g Mastercraft Yellow

100 ml Milk

4 Eggs

Salt and Pepper

Fresh Marjoram

½ bunch finely chopped Parsley


Finely chop the onion shallow fry in Mastercraft Yellow.

Mix the dumpling bread and the grated cheese. Then add the onion, milk, eggs and spices.

Mix well

Form from the mixture dumplings and press them flat – Patties.

Fry the dumplings in Crispa Gold until golden brown on both sides, and serve with Green salads or a soup (broth, Creamy or Thick soups).
